Description
Second opus of the creative duo composed of designer Marc-Antoine Barrois and perfumer Quentin Bisch, Ganymede is inspired by the eponymous planet orbiting Jupiter, discovered in 1610 by Galileo. A rocky planet hilly by multiple craters, it is marked by the powerful notes of leather and suede. If you explore its surface, you may encounter oceans of salt water whose pungency is reminded by saffron. This natural satellite takes its name from the eponymous character of Greek mythology:
Ganymede, a human whose impeccable beauty earned him the elevation to the rank of cupbearer of the Gods; a beauty that softens the leathery notes thanks to its perfume of violet and Chinese osmanthus, and a vivacity translated by the acidic mandarin. Ganymede will later become the lover of Zeus, who will grant him immortality, like the scent of the immortelle found at the heart of the fragrance.
