Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Free delivery is available within Nairobi environs; deliveries outside Nairobi are charged separately.

We use reliable courier services for local and international deliveries.

4. Delivery Timelines

We typically offer same-day delivery within Nairobi (within hours) and within 24 hours for the rest of the country, subject to order confirmation time and courier availability.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Perfumes are regulated goods. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to legal or logistical limitations.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

7. Duties and Taxes

All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable duties and taxes, unless otherwise stated. No additional charges will apply upon delivery for covered orders.

8. Delays, Loss, and Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, weather, regulatory actions, or other unforeseen events. We shall not be liable for such delays. If a delivery is marked as completed but not received, you must notify us within 2 days of the confirmed delivery status so we can assist with an investigation.

9. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable once service has been rendered, except where due to our error.
